Yoga in the Jungle

This area was in the mountains but only about 20 minutes from the beach so the weather was perfect almost all the time. Never too hot or too cold, and lots of rain so everything was lush and green year round. 😻
I do some more advanced poses in this than the beginner routine I shared before. For those of you with a bit of skill, give these a try.
Modify the poses if you’re not quite there yet. As my favorite instructor says, “If you are breathing deep and you’re feeling something, you’re doing the pose perfectly.” ❤️
