I do like a few time travel gimmicks there's one I learned had a name for it but I keep forgetting what it's called it's where an object essentially has no start point it exists because of a time loop for example in milo murphy's law the protags have a piece of fruit thrown at them and one of them picks it up, they go back in time and they were the ones who threw the fruit which leads them to ask "where did you get that fruit" it was thrown at him earlier, which he then used to throw at them in the past which would be picked up and thrown at them in the future. the fruit just kinda exists now as part of this loop
