This mod improves the game’s texture optimization. In the process, it also optimizes textures that most people don’t really care about, such as clouds, and disables some barely noticeable effects like cloth movement. This mod will NOT lower your graphic quality to the point where characters or crowd fans look pixelated — it strikes a balance between optimization and graphic preservation.
