Now, increasing a player's role level can significantly boost their OVR depending on how much potential they have. This also applies to suitable position changes. Additionally, players with high potential (88–99) receive an experience boost, allowing them to quickly reach their max OVR within a few seasons—simulating a "Messi or CR7" type of academy talent.
