Exciting News!

I wanted to fill you all in some exciting upcoming changes to thebasemesh.com! Let's dive straight in...

I'll be uploading more regularly, twice or maybe three times a week!

The same amount of content will go on the website per week, but little and often means it gets into the hands of others much much sooner, and is easier on my own workload. 

For Silver and Gold tier members, all meshes will be soon be accessible via cloud storage! This means you'll get access to new files faster and in a more convenient way.

This'll be finalised on Wednesday so stay tuned!

Discord Monthly Challenge!

I'll be starting a fun non-competitive challenge over at the Discord community, where members will take a mesh from thebasemesh.com and create something with it. At the end of the month, I'll create a showcase of the finished pieces. Looking forward to this one :) 

Youtube Channel

Next week I'll begin uploading Youtube videos, which'll include tutorials, creation videos, announcements as well as lots of other fun content.  Silver and Gold Patrons will have access to exclusive videos accessible only through Patreon, as well as early access to all video content. 

All Patrons will be credited in each video's end-credits.

Gold Tier gets a NEW perk!

You'll have access to additional files, such as original photogrammetry files, baked game-ready assets (untextured) and 3D files from my personal work! 

Gold Tier 'Voting perk' will be replaced with a 'Special Prop Request'

Anyone can request a prop - from emails, discord, Twitter or Patron. This is something I want to continue doing as it benefits the 3D community as a whole. However a Gold Tier Patron can now make a  'Special Request', meaning it'll take priority over others and the turnaround will be quicker (depending on the complexity of the prop). 

Patreon Q&A

I'll be hosting the first 45 minute Q&A this Friday, 10th of June at 6pm (GMT)! I'll post out a reminder a day or two before. Really hope you can join me there!

Finally... Merch!

It may be on the horizon! I've ordered a few samples... so will keep you posted on that front ;)
