A bit of a long ramble ahead for a random sketch thoughts post but going forward:
Some odds and ends from the past few weeks (cough maybe months???) that I haven't posted on here yet! A good number of these are just throwaway stuff that past me would delete but I've learned to save as many scribbles as I can. The only time I'd delete sketches it they were like, an unreadable hot mess of lines.
Thinking about it, it seems that I have tiers of how I go about sketching ranging from a hot mess of lines to the likes of what I post on my social media.

Since I delete a lot of my hot-line-mess scribbles, these are the closest to the quality of those scribbles though these are rather readable. I think that this is like lowest tier sketching stuff.

When I usually want to get a basic idea down, this is the kind of stuff I mostly post on here (also the quality of the stuff above) which are readable drawings or some stuff I could line, clean up and color.

Going up a tier a bit are more refined sketches--my sketchbook stuff! Usually it's experimental and I've been trying the past few weeks to draw more on my personal sketchbook. These are mostly style/technique experiments or studies which kinda needs some brainwork which is why I just default to the lower tier when doing mindless stuff. I have been trying to find time to do this more by streaming stuff like this over at the discord.
A lot of stuff I post online are just about these kind of sketches which is like, 95% of them haha!
It's tiring thinking about working on folio stuff so sketching is the only thing that I can do right now. Anyway thanks for reading through this ramble. Something that just came up while writing.
