WIP - Vector Animating
Added 2020-12-12 09:40:14 +0000 UTCWas actually curious if the new update n CSP could also record the animation process and IT CAN so I'm posting this vid I recorded while trying to animate with vector layers! I've actually hit a lot of birds with one stone with this as I wanted to try out correction tools, vector, layering, and camera (and also going for a more anime-esque process in animating).
With this in mind, I wanted to keep the animation simple so I just worked with two keys:
The drawback here is that while it's just a few keys, I thought of wanting to try out drawing the shadows so this is still a somewhat detailed design.
I ended up drawing inbetweens that I realized that were to slow/smooth for the look I was going for so in the end I kinda blew some time making about 2-3 frames that were never useful haha.
Anyhow, this was a neat experiment and I don't know how animators have the will to do this because it's DIFFICULT!!!
