先日運営の方から「投稿内の画像およびタイトルやタグなどの一部に、要修正商品の対象となる表現が含まれている」として、レミフラの投稿に対して修正依頼を受けました。
写実的ではないイラストだったので、そのような表現を含んでいても大丈夫と認識していたのですが、実在性の高い表現方法ではなくとも要修正商品とするとのことなので、投稿したときにお知らせを見て楽しみにこちらに来ていただいた方には申し訳ないのですが公開を中止し、投稿を削除させていただきました。ガイドラインを熟読していなかったので深く反省しています。
【では今までの投稿が大丈夫だった理由の考察】
この「投稿内容を修正してください」というのは修正理由については明記していないので、ガイドラインをよく見て自分で判断するしかない為、ここで今回の投稿のみ修正依頼が来た理由を考察をします。
過去に何回かそのような表現を含んでいるであろうイラストは投稿していたのですが、今回の投稿にのみ公開中止と修正依頼を受けたのかを自分なりに考察したのですが、おそらくファンタジー要素のない動物そのものとの結合行為シーンが表現されていたからだと考えております。（前のジュニオールは結合部分は描かれていない為修正対象ではないとされ公開中止になっていないと判断しています。その他のイラストにおいてはファンタジー生物との行為が対象なので修正依頼が来ていないのだと考えています。ただこれは自分の考えなので今後修正依頼が来たらこの考えは間違っているということになりますが・・・）
【今後の投稿を制限することについて（skeb等ではリクエスト受け付けてます）】
上の考察を踏まえて、じゃあ今後そのような表現を含んでいても自分の考察に則って今後も投稿をする！となると、もし運営の判断が自分の考察と異なり、修正依頼が重なることで、今後の活動においてFANBOXの活動を停止せざるを得ないとも限らないので、動物もの（そのような表現を含んでいるもの）に関してはここでの投稿は今後控えようと考えています。（skeb等、ガイドライン上で修正対象となっていないところでの依頼はこれからも受けると思うので、見たいという方はそちらからリクエストを送ってみてください！）

I'll pray that the previous post being put under review was a fluke or one time thing. I really wish they could be more clear on their reasoning for privating the post. I also hope you won't have to give up on FANBOX and can operate it concurrently with Fantia if possible. No longer getting the chance to see the full artworks of other folks' wonderful skeb requests is my biggest worry.

My true worry is that we won't be able to see the full artwork of other requests. I'm a big fan of the fact that you are willing to share all of your skeb requests on here and I would be sad if that becomes impossible now. Especially since you've started drawing more Touhou artwork again because of skeb. I really don't want to miss out on that 😣! I know it may be difficult for overseas fans to use Fantia, but it's not impossible. I'm personally able to support through it just fine. If it's okay with you, I'd hope you consider Fantia as a valid alternative for sharing that type of art if FANBOX becomes truly unreasonable. I wish to continue seeing all of your art by any means necessary.

So I'm going to run FANBOX with this posting policy. If you want to see it, please request it on skeb!

2025-07-17 05:47:18 +0000 UTCI know this idea of a possible solution may sound completely arbitrary but would packaging the collection of images in a zip folder instead of posting them directly help at all? Also I forget, but was there any explicit mentioning of the animal involved in the post's body of text and dialogue within the images? Perhaps censoring or obscuring that text can also help. I really don't like the direction the current enforcement of harmless fictional expression has been heading these days... このような解決策を思いつくのは、まったく独断に聞こえるかもしれませんが、画像を直接投稿するのではなく、zipフォルダに画像をまとめてパッケージ化することは、まったく役に立ちませんか？また、忘れてしまったが、投稿の本文や画像内の台詞に、その動物に関する明確な言及はなかっただろうか？おそらく、そのテキストを検閲するか、不明瞭にすることも助けになる。最近の無害なフィクション表現の取締りの方向性が本当に気に入らない...。
