I didn't initially plan on giving 42 and 43 black gutters (or, I suppose, dark brown), but it felt wrong with just the white gutters. The black definitely feels much more appropriate for the scene. You can turn off the black background in each of the pages to see what it looks like without it yourself! (Though, they have different layer setups, so you have to turn off the black differently in each page. Whoopsie.)

For 40-41, you can see the individual pages that make up the spread deep in the layers. I try to not get anything important in the middle when making a spread, since ideally there'll be a book version some day.
