  • Start with a roux

  • Add milk (oat is probably fine)

  • Add nutritional yeast, soy sauce, herbs like sage and thyme, cumin, beer if you want

  • Just keep cooking it up until it tastes tangy

  • Optional: add a smidge of vinegar

• Ash’s Greens

  • Sautee Turkey necks until kinda brown

  • Add chicken stock, sauteed onions, garlic, whatever

  • Braise meat until tender

  • Add greens (not kale)

  • Add seasonings (bay leaf, thyme, sage, pepper, mustard powder, smoked paprika, garam masala, whatever)

  • Boil another 20-30 minutes

  • Add a little apple cider vinegar but not too much
