For those unfamiliar, this is a classic "who would win in a fight" scenario. You're welcome to discuss below and share your thoughts, but we've got 8 matchups in our first round, which will then narrow to 4 in the second, culminating in 1 winner. We'll be working on this for like a month so make sure you show up to each! We'll determine the final winners in several days (still figuring that out.
For now, here's the first matchup. It's Cammy from Street Fighter vs Red the male choice from Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow! Who would win in a fight on Violence Island?

Violencemaster Jaffe here. I'm going to say Red has access to his Gold/Silver party of Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Snorlax, and Espeon. Naturally he can only use one at a time.

2025-03-28 10:45:12 +0000 UTCIf we're going turn-based rules, I think Cammy has the ability to solo much of Red's team if we're going by what he has with him during the post-game encounter of Gold/Silver/Crystal. I think she takes Pikachu, Snorlax, and even Blastoise without breaking a sweat. It's really the option for a late-game Espeon or not being able to KO the Venusaur before it sets up Sunny Day for the Charizard to sweep where she would run into enough trouble that I'd have to give the match to Red. Though if we're fighting Street Fighter rules, I think she just Cannon Spikes that child into a smoldering crater before he even touches a pokeball.
