Love the charity idea. And really, like the energy and the chemistry of this episode. Feels like no question at all that the show will find its footing in the post Tim world. In fact I think it might be better now. As for video games teaching you something, I've got a more formative one myself. I was raised Catholic, and I was supposed to get my confirmation just as the whole priest scandal was happening in the early 2000s. I was really starting to question my faith and what I had been told about it. Coincidentally, I was also playing Xenogears at the same time. It felt like the game was giving me an affirmation that my questions were valid. Plus I was posting up the old xgam forums and a lot of members there were atheists. I remember losing sleep over the questions that I was having and at the game was encouraging.

2024-11-14 00:03:58 +0000 UTCGENGAR! Um, based on my very official and complete dataset that includes the 5 friends I know that have video game tattoos: All five have pokemon tattoos and the only repeat pokemon between them is Charizard (two have a Charizard). One of them does have a Gengar though.

I must have blocked out the memory of save data transfer for Golden Sun II until Alex brought it up, because WOW that really made me stress out haha. Was worth it in the end, but what an unfortunate way to make that work. But cool that it did! Love that proposal for the donations, sounds like a great idea. And looking forward to the new incentives for the episode victors. : )

Not to dwell too much on the topic on it after what he said, but I've been learning to really carry grief for the first time this past year and hearing other folks' experiences helps a lot more than I thought it would.

2024-11-11 19:53:27 +0000 UTCI don't have a Gengar tattoo, but I do have a Gengar wallet and backpack and a few other things. It's kind of a "oh, that thing you like? That's what you're getting for every Christmas forever" situation, plus it was the Pokemon my mom liked when I was a kid, so that helped. I really do love the lil' scamp though, and if I were to get a Pokemon tattoo he'd be in the top 3 of the running for sure. I'm with Jaffe and his tattoo source, that doesn't surprise me. I love the new format with credits! That'll be fun!!!
