It was an especially fun episode to listen to, as you brought up several things I like in the LA area and a bit of history on things I didn't realize! The older ladies that run the register at Bunkado are so nice, we always like seeing them when we make our way down there. Had the exact same experience of not knowing customers were allowed upstairs for several years haha Really interested to go check out the Book Off store. We visit friends down in that area, so we'll have to mosey our way over some time.
