Also, surprised you didn't mention those weirdo Project X-Zone games. That Sticker Star game is also a really interesting puzzle platformer/point-n-click adventure Mario thing that needs to be reckoned with. What about Little Battlers Experience!? What about Chase: Cold Case investigations? a visual novel time made by some former Cing devs. That Creeping Terror games looks cool too?

Fun guest to have back for sure This was a really great episode and did wonders to make me feel incredibly guilty about not using my 3DS more than I did. It was a console that I was excited about but showed up at a time in my life where my free time began to dwindle. That didn't stop me from buying games in the expectation and hopes of getting to them but hardly ever did. I'm glad you all had such a good experience with some of these titles, and hope to get back into my backlog in the near future. Also, shout out to Jaffe's dad and really committing to never seeing Grateful Dead again after that concert haha

2023-03-13 19:40:05 +0000 UTCThe Atlus sale not happening on the JP eShop is unfortunate, but I ended up filling my SD card with a bunch of Level 5 games during that sale last year, so oh well *shrug* For anyone who owns a JP-region 3DS and doesn't have a full SD card, there are pretty big sales on Sega, Capcom, Marvelous, and Square Enix games, along with many others. I think there were like 12 full pages in the sales section, so have a horrible fun time navigating that!
