- (Ep. 265) Pre-show. Frank, Jaffe and Brandon discuss Michigan J. Frog facts. Brandon translates some French. Frank discusses all the anime he’s ever seen. Tim recommends all of Jojo and insists Cowboy Bebop doesn’t count as anime. I left in the audio-syncing clap moment this time because there’s some cute moments there.
- (Ep. 265) Brandon is trying to decide whether to go 4:3 or 16:9 with his Wii and has been exploring Indian PS2 and PSP games. Tim explains how Bomberman: Act Zero is more true to Bomberman origins than most Bomberman games.
- (Ep. 266) Pre-show. Brandon shares a few details of his half-laptop setup. Frank reveals the Married With Children game to the world. We all know Ed O’Neill has been a rock-solid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jaffe did something and it worked.

Tim quizzes the panel on what Bubsy is referring to when he says “What could possibly go wrong?” Frank shares everything he’s learned about the canceled Married With Children video game, including the work of a hidden master of the VGA palette.

Why this isn't standard practice for every podcast ever produced is beyond me. The rumble in a car is wild without any filtering to control it.

2023-01-15 15:53:56 +0000 UTCThis one time I was in a maid cafe in Akiba (as you do), mentioned Cowboy Bebop, and the Japanese guy next to us immediately showed us the Bebop model kit he'd just bought and was carrying around. …But he also spoke perfect Australian English, so maybe not the average otaku. (The maids didn't know what it was.) I always wonder what the artsy anime people are doing in between every 15 years when they get funding to make something artsy again.
