2021-07-12 13:48:19 +0000 UTCCreative Assembly really has the sim genre locked down. Also, they're now owned by sega, so who can stand against them really!?

2021-07-07 13:47:58 +0000 UTCGood list! My personal addition would be the original Shogun from Creative Assembly, a damn good game!
2021-07-06 22:45:49 +0000 UTCP.S. I love how many "unplayable today" games made it on the list.

2021-07-05 18:56:09 +0000 UTC(this is brandon) yeah, I had Sonic 3D Blast on there, and frankly a lego game would've been good too, but I decided to cut my losses since they'd all wind up being at the bottom. Jon Burton's videos are really what made me decide yes, I can put this forth as a british game (though the others had a point about yasuhara doing the maps). At least I got one in! But I could've made a whole slew of British Sega games with Outrun 2006 and Virtua Tennis. Ah well - hopefully people will play Alien Resurrection now.

2021-07-05 18:42:31 +0000 UTCI hate to side with Brandon, but Sonic R probably deserves to be higher. The YouTube channel "Coding Secrets" dives into some really interesting programming techniques that made me appreciate it a lot more. He also has videos on Sonic 3D Blast and non-Sonic games too. Nobody seems to like those two, (which, let's face it, they're actually better than recent, non-Mania, Sonic games), and I think their unique gameplay and coding wizardry shouldn't go overlooked. Also, Dizzy games suck. Just because two young British guys made it doesn't make those games worth putting on a pedestal. The English are blinded by nostalgia and one day I hope they gain independence from the Oliver twins and their terrible games.
