Why have I been charged 5.40 for my membership 12 days after it was supposed to renew aand now I can't even acess it. Its just down as a free membership. If this is the case I will be cancelling right away, you can't just take people's money and then not give them what they have paid for.

Today (December 18th) suddenly I was set to free and couldn’t link it anymore but I actually still had about 4000 messages left. But now I got an email from Paypal about paying 17,26€ again! And I just have the 6000 "new" messages left. I don’t think that’s fair because I just paid for True Supporter on December 8th and then I got set to free and now had to pay again. Is there any way to fix this? :(
