TS4: No Washing Dishes EA Sink Collection Mod

It's really annoying when there's a sink in the kitchen and our Sim chooses to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink far away, right?

To solve this I had an idea. I cloned all EA's sinks (up to this moment) and removed the "wash dishes" options from them.

This collection comes with 48 sinks. Sims can use it normally for all other functions. But they won't be able to wash dishes in it.

So, you can use the a normal sink (that comes with the game) in the kitchen, and these custom ones in all other rooms and places you don't want your Sims to wash dishes.

All meshes and textures belong to EA, so I didn't add my logo in the thumbnails.

But a "no dishes" text was added to be easier to recognize them.

This is how they'll appear:

🧼 There are 48 sinks. I may add more as the game gives us more sinks :)

🧼 This may need an update if EA changes the functionality of the sinks, so keep an eye here :)

🧼 Please tell me if something is not working, so I can fix it for you :)

🧼 To find it on buy mode search for "channel4sims - sink".

🧼 IMPORTANT: there are two download options: normal and merged version.

1- If you don't have all TS4 expansions, download the normal version and extract it. All files are named "channel4sims - sink" + the name of the expansion. Delete those you don't own the expansion/pack.

2- If you have all TS4 expansions you can download any version.

What’s the difference? When you open your game, a screen appears showing all the CC you have, right?

If you download the normal version, each one of these 48 items will show up on this list separately. If you download the merged version, only one item will appear as “channel4sims - no washing dishes ea sink collection mod merged”. But they will show up normally (individually) on buy mode, so don’t worry.

It’s up to you to decide which one you want. But remember: download just one :)

How to updated it?

- If you have the old version: On your Mods folder you’ll either find a folder called “channel4sims - no washing dishes ea sink collection mod”. Delete this and replace it with the new file. If you don’t remove the old version, the new one may not show up in your game.

- If you’ve never downloaded it before: Just download it normally and put it on your Mods folder :)
