So I learned from this weeks Thirty Twenty Ten podcast that this episode came out ten years to the week of you releasing this episode of the podcast. So that's neat.

Go FVR: it took me a while to get what this episode was doing... too long of a while... and once I got what it was doing, I honestly didn't care much for it. Hunter was never a character I cared about or was interested on, so the promise of more him this season is very unenticing to me. I also felt like that towards Hatred, but the scene where he tells Hank to shoot him was genuinely touching, so I'm okay with him joining the gang. Ix nay on Giant Eye Helper. Bring original taste Helper back.

Personally I find it kinda of both good and bad that Venture Bros has gone so under-the-radar for being so early in terms of what shows would become. The bad,, you've pointed out plenty of times, it sucks that it doesn't get the credit or adimiration it deserves. The good, well it gets to be a hidden gem in the modern age, which is rare. It's rare in today's age for something to still exist that, when someone finally watches it, they can say "Wow, something this amazing" was discovered." Another good thing, if VB WAS very popular to the level of some shows, might be even harder to recommend, just due to everyone saying it.
