Go FVR: This was surprisingly the most straightforward episode of Venture Bros I've seen so far. That is not to say it was bad- far from it, it was a delight, like all the chickies/plots coming home to roost- but it was also the most 'here, this is how a TV show is supposed to work' episode, structured like that to a T. And I've come to expect a certain degree of 'fuck it, we're doing it live'-ness from this show that just wasn't present on this episode. Doesn't mean it was bad, again, just means it was unexpected and a bit strange. Otherwise, really great! The weakest part was definitely the Orpheus sub-plot, every time it cut back to them I was just like 'oh yeah, this is also happening', but the whole wedding stuff was fantastic. Favorite line has got to be "Screw him! Wait, don't." The best thing I can say about this episode is that I immediately wanted to watch the second part, but had to hold myself back to watch it with you guys. Keep up the great work!
