FVR: I love how recurring Dr. Orpheus is, it gives the whole thing this feeling similar to a very serialized story, as if every episode really is just another day instead of something more disconnected. To me, this episode is the best example of that, what with how the storylines all felt like, say, the chapter of a very good book instead of a good book itself. Does this make any sense? It wasn't the most action packed or best developed episode itself, but its presence makes the whole thing feel more fleshed out, which is something TV show episodes are supposed to do within the context of a season. I'm rambling! I liked the development of the previous Team Venture, I liked how most of the ass kicking was off screen, and I liked letting Dr. Venture have his own side story all by himself, and the moment when he seemed like he was about to say 'I love you two' was a great pay off to all the build up that we had been going through the past twenty minutes. Overall not my favorite episode, but a solid B or B+ that makes a TV show season worth re-watching.
