Hyundai Elantra N TCR update 1.1

Hi all, here is the update for the Elantra, fixing some issues which appeared over the S15 at LFM or was reported by some people.

Changelog:

CSP version locked to 0.2.4 and above (where the blowing tyres were fixed)
fixed confusing ARB order in setup screen
adjusted 3D model graphic offset to improve model visuals
fixed bad Brembo logo mapping on rear right brake caliper
improved some dashboard visuals (some pages look closer to real dash)
slightly moddified damage texture to get rid of annoying reflections
fixed auto clutch logic (now it is possible to use autoclutch with launch control)
adjusted engine power to balance the performance of all my TCR cars (added approximately +3 tenths overall for Elantra)
added thread to rain tyre texture (removed automatically generated thread which was causing visual issues)
added two new VG Racing team skins by WESSAN
added Aggressive Team skins by vpilotdan
added Hyundai Motorsport logo branding (requires manual installation)

I suggest to do clean install! Delete old version of the mod (dont forget to save your custom skins!) and extract the content of the archive to AC root directory.
