curve agency ♡

a very requested build of mine is finally here! sitting atop a penthouse lot in the fashion district of san myshuno is curve agency, a neutral modern office suitable for many different wfh careers ♡

please read :

• this is not technically a functional workplace when used on its own. with the mods linked below, there are ways to make this a functional workplace or a semi-functional workplace with work from home careers. ( e.g social media, interior designer etc. )
• there are other mods that are essential for the lot to run smoother, each mod will be linked and explained what they're necessary for.
• there is a vacant room on the second floor, that was intentional incase your sim is high up in their career and needed their own office work space!
• if opting for the office lot trait & wfh option, i recommend making a club with coworkers so they show up the same time as you.
• pls do not reupload or claim as your own.

city living, eco lifestyle, gtw, spa day ( there are many other packs used but they're not required, so if you're missing some items that's why.. all packs used are shown on gallery )

mod links :

turbo careers ( this a recommended mod, i personally do not use this mod so please do not ask me how to use it as i don't know, i just know that this lot can be used alongside the mod if u want)

office lot trait ( this is the lot trait that i personally use as my sim works in a career that allows "wfh" so i can choose to work from home & just travel to this lot. the lot trait includes moodlets & social interactions..  )

gender&more lot trait ( this allows u to stop certain age groups/genders/occults from spawning at the lot.. i use this to keep kids and teens from spawning )

lock any door ( for me this is necessary as i have the lot set to a park & townies will spawn and walk around which is fine, but you don't want them coming into the offices or conference rooms. )

free hire npc ( this is not necessary but recommended as since this lot is a park, the barista won't automatically spawn and u don't want to pay for that sh*t everyday )
