Hi coach butler! I have been running your bodybuilding upper lower for a while. I wanted to increase how often I go to the gym from 4-5 days. I was wondering if you can add an additional optional upper focused day?

Food tier list for best bulking gains once we are in the 3500 to 5000 range. Since it seems most gains are made in the upper calorie range and to help discourage cutting early.
