You’re right. In step 3 mini peak, the loads come down and reps go up for the lifts and there’s also less fatiguing variations thrown in.
Weighted dips goes from 3x7 @75% week 7 to 3x2 @85% week 8 when we introduce more comp specific variations.

On the "branded" template in Step 2, the weights for all the lifts with percentages goes up except for weighted dips on Primary Bench day. The reps for dips goes from (in step 1) 3x8,7,7 to 3x8,8,8 @75% to (step 2) 3x5 @75%. Are the lower rep numbers at the same percentage done for recovery purposes, since everything else goes up?
