Do you think distributing the food we eat in a day by 5/6 meals more or so equal is better than to eat almost everything in 2 meals (lunch, dinner). Per example, my dinner and lunch is about 80-90% of what I ate in a day, sometimes its about 500g of breast chicken in a meal like lunch or 250g of tuna which is about 60g of protein just in there, should I distribute the food more evenly and eat more in breakfast and snacks toward the day?
