Dumb question, I will not have access to a gym until end of february. Do you think doing bodyweight pushups, squats abs and rows for super high reps 3x week will be a useful thing to do or should I just take this month to totally rest? Thanks coach!

What is your opinion on arching the back during the bench press for someone who is not competing in powerlifting? Do you think it is optimal for injury prevention/strength/hypertrophy, or should it be minimized for superior gains?
