Yup, take a look through my programming playlist on YouTube, specifically my two self coaching videos! A lot of this is addressed there in greater detail

Sorry i have another question:
There are alot of extra calculated exercises but i dont understand if they are options to use and where i could put them. How would I determine where the options would be acceptable to go? (for example: is it saying i can do "high bar squat" for 4x10 3rir on Secondary day?)
It also mentions a focus on "two main exercises" but there is variation week by week. This is refering to two main movements per session i assume?

but i didnt see the programming specification yet - can i also ask what it is about zercher + back extension that makes them more specific to grappling or tactical? and Rdl + belt squat for strikers? Thanks for the answer btw

i see it says "Take inventory on what you need in particular 1) for your training 2) for your sport specifically. For athletes that do a lot of running, sprinting, jumping, and diving, I will suggest that you use RDLS + Belt Squats. This woud include Boxers and combat sports athletes that don't grapple. For wrestlers of all styles, MMA fighters, and active duty military personnnel with combat roles, Zercher Squats and Back Extensions are a better combo. The difference in exercise selection has to do with building strength in capacities that are sport specific. You can choose to do SSB Squats in place of Zercher Squats if you have specific need to develop your rate of force production."
