- The app stability improvements (fix hanging on the first played video and when switching between sections)
- Subscription groups: added import from GrayJay and PocketTube (Settings/General/Context menu/Subscription groups)
- The video comments style is changed to darker (good for eyes, especially on OLED TVs). The old one cannot be reverted for now
- Improved audio language preference: disable AI audio translation by selecting the Default option (Settings/Player/Audio language/Default); languages list reworked - the recent selection is now on the top of the list

2025-01-18 13:41:30 +0000 UTCYeah. I did that last night. No change. But it’s only 2 of my subs. 2 videos. Everything else plays. So weird. This happened a while back and the vid created said he uploaded in a different format or something. Can’t remember exactly what he said.

The beta is not playing some of my subs vids just get intermittent spinning thing as if it’s trying to play but can’t but the stable one plays them fine but I don’t update the stable one incase this happens. Stable 25.08

2025-01-17 23:11:58 +0000 UTCIt's a known issue. This way YouTube restricts unknown apps access to their site. We're working on the fix. For now, try this switch: Settings/Player/Dev. options/Buffering fix

2025-01-17 06:41:50 +0000 UTCAnyone else getting the, "Please Sign In" request when starting to play certain/random videos? Then a few seconds later it starts playing the next video. AFAIK, it started yesterday. And the same "problematic" videos play fine on the Youtube app (Android).
