2024-11-04 12:08:09 +0000 UTCSubscriptions page has stoped working. if you go to it displays: "Can't load content. 1) Turn on watch history 2) Check date and time on the device. 3) Check your network connection 4) Check your proxy settings 5) Try to sign in to your account 6) Maybe there is nothing in here" All of these are ok, something else is wrong. Please fix it?

2024-11-04 11:46:49 +0000 UTCAs of this morning 24.37 won't load the Subscriptions page, it just displays "Can't load content" with a list of 6 suggestions. "Home" works fine, as does watching videos. Any idea what could cause this? The subs page worked last night. Thanks!

And the "Please sign in" issue went away -- I couldn't reproduce the issue. So, I haven't installed any beta version, and I'll wait for the next Stable release. Thanks again for your help and assistance!

2024-10-31 21:09:32 +0000 UTCThank you for the great app! I have not had any issues with the app or any of the upgrades but this upgrade will not take place on my Sony x90j. I have cleared the cache and the memory to no avail. I have not yet erased the app because I was concerned that I would lose all my history. I will do a backup and delete unless somebody has another idea.

I have learned that just exiting out of SmartTube and going back into it doesn't help, but if I take the extra step to show the "recently used apps" screen and completely close SmartTube, then I can relaunch it and it'll work fine. So, that should take care of me in the meantime. Thanks again for all of your help!

2024-10-29 15:35:47 +0000 UTCToday, I started seeing "Please sign in" to view any video. Once after repeating a long-ish video all night (typical sleep mode for me), then trying to choose any other video afterwards. Then, after leaving and returning home, after a cold boot of my NVIDIA Shield, same thing. No videos worked, only got a black screen with "Please sign in" when choosing one. Exiting and restarting SmartTube did not help. Rebooting the NVIDIA Shield -- in both situations -- got things working properly again. NVIDIA Shield 2015 with current upgrades (though not the two "hotfixes" that have been released). So, not quite a big problem, but obviously worth reporting. Thanks as always for all of the work on SmartTube!
