July Update!

We released another episode of the Auralnauts Movie Podcast (AMP) this week. In defiance of our new movie only format, we talk about The Acolyte, because how could we not? It's Star Wars so it clearly falls within our unlisted bylaws of talking about all things Star Wars whether it is a movie or not. If you're behind on the podcast, we also did episodes on Furiosa and Demolition Man (How did it Age).
We hope you've been enjoying AMP. We're still hard at work creating content for the channel, and the podcast gives us a way to put something into the world while we continue to try and figure Youtube out.
We're also doing another movie stream this weekend, Sunday the 28th at 3PM EST. I know we talked about doing another creature feature during our previous watch party, but we decided to mix things up after seeing the trailer for the new Time Bandits show. We'll be watching the original Time Bandits instead! Head over to our Discord and sign up if you haven't yet.

I think Zak's rant on the recent one about Star Wars' obsessive need to backfill details on meaningless crap that should just be throwaway lines was a really good articulation of my issues with so much of the Star Wars TV content. That was appreciated. By the way, I was listening to some older podcasts on a long drive and came across episode 20 of the original podcast, from 2020. The opening part of it is so sadly hilarious - it must have dropped like a few weeks before COVID took over the world. Both you and Craven definitely have COVID but don't have any idea that you do, and you then go on to detail a whole series of planned live events that unfortunately didn't realize that we were all going to be stuck indoors for like two years.
