Yeah, I checked. He is 2 years younger than me so that fits.

2023-02-10 07:18:08 +0000 UTCRegarding Dex saying he wanted an Atari when he was a kid (if you even remember that scene this much later, haha), according to wiki Dex was born in 1971 and they started releasing Ataris in 1977, so that would line up. I got mine around 1987 or 1988... I remember wanting an NES at the time, but oh well. Still, I enjoyed a lot of the games on there

2023-01-11 20:30:09 +0000 UTCI mostly agree with the alone stuff. As long as I can control when and how long I am exposed to people IRL, I tend to be okay. I can get overly emotional when I am around people too much and unexpected social interaction makes me anxious. Now that I have mostly gotten over the insecurity of making reaction videos, I enjoy being able to watch these shows with people and still maintain my personal space. Thanks for being here and sharing your struggles.

2023-01-11 20:29:15 +0000 UTCEpisode 6 tomorrow! And I don't think I've ever been called "wise", lol.

2023-01-11 20:19:52 +0000 UTCUgh, way too much work! Maybe it wouldn't be so bad in a hot climate. I live in the Northwest where everything is wet.

2023-01-11 20:18:22 +0000 UTCFellow Patrons, would it be fair to say that it would be incredibly hard to pull one over on Bobbie? 😗

2023-01-11 19:37:23 +0000 UTCAlso I really love watching your reactions. I started really getting into watching reactions videos of shows and movies I already love near the start of the pandemic bc they are comforting to me, and often more entertaining to me than getting into something new. I love seeing other people’s perspective of things I already love, especially when people are emotive in their reaction, which you are, and you pay close attention, are intelligent, open-minded, and have a good sense of humor, and get culture references a lot of really young reactors wouldn’t.

2023-01-11 19:29:45 +0000 UTCThis is one of my fave eps, especially early on of Dexter. And I can relate to the fantasizing I’m in alone and at peace in a post-apocalyptic world too. I’m not totally antisocial, I’m just neurodivergent and bipolar and being around people can be incredibly stressful for me sometimes. All the pretending to act normal. I can relate to Dexter, especially bc I disassociate from my emotions as a way to protect myself from stress and often have trouble emoting (which as a female makes me seem extra weird to people though I actually do have a lot of compassion) and connecting with most people. I really liked Dexter actually connecting with Rita on some level at the end of this ep.

2023-01-11 05:01:43 +0000 UTCThat mower is specifically designed for hot climate grass - bermuda etc. It cuts in an over the top cut instead of a horizontal round and round cut. There are electric and gas powered versions now but are very costly. They still sell this type mower believe it or not. Its for grasses that spread.
