They wade their wade through the battlefield to get close or into enemy ranks. Each attach against them could spell your doom. Once they die, their internals erupt spreading the plague with a deadly area of effect.
They're sometimes sacrificed by their own when they feel overrun, another contruct could trigger the death of a Plaguebringer to help turn the tide against their enemy.
