Announcement

Hello everyone, 

I know I've been absent for a few days and haven't posted any updates. I would like to take this time to address that and also give a few updates for the coming future. 

Firstly I'd like to describe my dilemma for the past few months. I have promised you all an update to 3 stories (The Ladder, Defiant, Tsunami of the South) twice a month.  This will be the first month that I didn't deliver on that promise. Simply put, I have written chapters for the stories despite not being 100% interested in them and I despise the chapters. I cannot release them in good conscious, and I need to rewrite them. 

I realized this before I went on vacation this past weekend. 

With that being said, there is still the promise that I made. So I have a choice. Do I release the chapters that I do not like, and compromise the quality that I want for my readers? Or do I not release the chapters, take some time to rewrite them, and miss my 'deadline'? 

Well I have made a decision that no matter what, I will not release something that I would be ashamed to give my readers. 

To avoid something like this in the future, I am going to change the format of my Patreon. 

I will no longer promise chapters on specific stories. Instead, I will deliver early chapters on every single story I write. And I will do it further than 2 chapters in advance. I haven't decided what that number will be yet. But I do still want to provide value for you guys so I'll work on that. 

This will ultimately be a good thing. 

When I am interested in the story that I am writing on, it becomes infinitely better. I have forced myself to write on stories in the past, and the quality dipped noticeably. I won't allow that to happen again. 

You as a reader, deserve the quality that you are paying for.

I will see it delivered! It might take me longer than normal to get that spark of interest in certain stories, however. I hope you will be patient with me.
