Recent findings have solved the ladder issue for this game. Coincidentally it uses a method that would have let James escape from the Asylum without picking up that key. I did not include this in the last video due to requiring online play on PTDE, which is no longer possible without a private server.

James will either be the protagonist of this video or a major guest star at least. Video will be the classic subtitle format either way.

Seems only fitting to do Dark Souls 1 last.

I've made a private server to host all the large video files and assets. It currently serves as a mirror in case you run out of download quota for MEGA or have issues downloading it in the first place. I'll do some testing and if it proves viable I'll remove the expensive ass MEGA subscription for this method.
