That sounds really frustrating. I think we’ve all had those angular errors, where if we’d caught it at the beginning, it would have been a trivial fix, but by the time we see it, the mistake has taken too much time/ material/ effort. I can’t speak for anybody else, but there’s not really any pressure from me about when you release things. When I started, it wasn’t monthly, it was whenever you finished a thing. That worked ok for me.
