I believe the dragon god guy from the system store told him to delay his E rank evolution til after all the system events so he has the best chance of escaping the system. But he can still upgrade (not sure how exactly without the system shop) his race(s) and try to set himself up to get a divine class for E rank.

I am eager to know how new Earth will play out, but i REALLY hope that it doesnt take another 300 Chapter for the Divine Class of our MC i already waited a long time for it.
