She’s been wanting this for over 3000 years even though they are her friends her desire to complete her goal was stronger than that friendship in this case. Plus they were kind off treating her in an expendable way, Arthur litteraly died and the rest of the sins didn’t really seem to care but to her that meant the world. In my opinion she wanted to revive Arthur as much as she wanted to revive Chaos no matter the consequences
