the biggest reason for the hate was the bad animation they did in a long awaited fight, especially in episode 12, which was the beginning of the fight, thinks millions of fans waiting years to see this fight and it starts in a horrible way like it was in the ep 12, many didn't even want to see the outcome in ep 13 and went to see the manga since the manga is better and has a quality made with care

2023-01-16 03:23:34 +0000 UTCthe fight chapters are from 230 to 232, notice how meliodas assault mode in the manga is much cooler, it doesn't have those gray colors mixed in, it was supposed to be all black with the purple aura around it, not to mention the fight in the manga wins 10 to 0 in the anime
