I'm starting to feel better but I'm still randomly falling asleep in the middle of basic tasks and coughing a lot, two symptoms that are probably going to make things like live recording impossible until they go away. My plan is to rest my voice for a couple more days before attempting to record again--thank you guys for being so supportive while I heal!! I really do think that the key to being able to do this kind of work longterm is not trying to push through vocal stuff and potentially causing vocal damage in the process. ๐
With this in mind, I'm cancelling September's live recordings in hopes of restarting them in October!!

As someone who's spent the last two to three years having to relearn to talk and breathe (we think long COVID), definitely rest up! I've been in and out of multiple SLP and otolaryngologist offices and wouldn't wish it on anyone. But, I'm happy to offer any tips if desired. In the meantime, take care of yourself and I'll be hoping you heal well AND completely! ๐
