As the summer winds down...
Added 2024-08-14 19:23:12 +0000 UTCWe're entering into the hardest part of the Summer Of Slug for me - the time where I have to make tough choices on what videos I can still produce in the limited window remaining! It happened to me last summer as well; the reality is that I will always have more ideas for videos than time in which to create them.
With that being said, it's not over yet! I still have a few more fun ideas and scripts in the works. I hope you've been enjoying these summer videos as much as I've enjoyed making them! I will continue to provide some behind the scenes looks into the process here as we continue.
The last thing I wanted to mention is a Patreon specific one - I will be closing the Patreon before the end of the month so nobody is charged for September. I'm not sure on whether or not I want to reuse this Patreon page again next summer, or start over fresh, so I highly recommend folks take the time to set their tier to "free" once the Summer Of Slug ends. I'll give reminders about that step later as well.

I know what you mean, the summer goes by so fast as an adult. But thanks for doing the SOS! It honestly brings back nostalgia and fond memories of those 'boring' summers spent playing Lego on my parents living room floor in the late 90's/early 2000's. Growing up in the middle of nowhere with 3 TV channels and no internet, I spent many summer days doing MOCs and playing the Rock Raiders PC game. Your videos gave me a little dose of those days again back when life was 'sooooo boring' lol.
