So... I have been working a lot lately with Kingmaker book and now I am working with LO Impossible Lands (great book, btw).
I have expended a lot of time changing my way of work. So far I have been working with spreadsheets, but I am changing to javascript online tools, they are faster and more versatile.
I am testing these new working tools in the spanish website. Actually I am making the pf2easy.com webtool from zero in spanish. I reached the spanish publisher and they allowed me to create the webtool and they even sent me free pdfs in order to start (they have been nicer to me than PAIZO). And if those new javascript tools are ok and work, I'll try to apply them to our site.
When I say tools I mean scraping tools and database management tools. If you want to check the spanish developement you can check it here (not ready yet!!): www.pf2easy.es

You're going great work, I'm glad to hear that you've been getting at least some support from the spanish publisher, hopefully Paizo themselves sees the quick and easy tool as a benefit and start supporting you more directly.
