New spellbook

I revisited the spellbook webtool and I've made a lot of small and handy changes:
- You can filter spells, cantrips, focus spells and cantrip focus spells all together.
- You can search by name.
- The show heightened spells checkbox is now unchecked by default.
- Added a new filter box: Targets (you can easily filter by target/area)
- The printed sheet can be changed between 1 and 4 columns.
- The printed sheet allows you to add small checkboxes next to the spell names.
- You can add a name to the saved spell lists.
- You can print sheets/pdfs mixing spells and focus spells.
- Changed the Instructions and added a youtube channel where you can find videotutorials explaining how to best use the spellbook webtool. (Please, be kind with my poor english)
I've made all these new changes thanks to your comments and suggestions.
