2024-03-07 21:52:14 +0000 UTCAs you guessed the Daleks are a classic enemy and really the Doctor's biggest foe. Fun fact, although the Daleks are as iconic to Doctor Who as the Doctor and the Tardis are, the BBC actually don't own the rights to them. They weren't sure if they'd get permission to use the Daleks in the new rebooted series, so just in case another enemy was created and a second script written. Although they did get permission to use the daleks, the back up enemy wasn't wasted and will appear in a later season.
