OMG! thats really interesting! i love Angel too! :) i've been watching buffy since I'm 8 years old and about to be 30 in a few weeks! i actually don't know how Doctor Who was never on my radar. (I guess because BBC and living in America thing) BUT so happy i didn't for this reason and it blows my mind that it's still on today! - also I'm super new to reactions but i've seen some of juliettes and she actually was the channel that made me think to start the show! when i get into the series a bit more i think ill start watching her - CASS REACTS is what got me into all this and is the only reactor i watch. (she reacts to buffy / and lana del rey albums) Id love to know other reactors you watch that i can check out! thanks for the comment. - these were really cool episodes, excited to see what other famous people we meet! can't wait to continue !

2023-12-07 13:16:43 +0000 UTCI have to say of the (way too) many reaction channels I follow for Doctor Who, my favorite ones are the Buffy fans. There's something about Doctor Who that just appeals to Buffy fans and they end up falling in love with the show. Actually I really love Buffy and Angel too, just not as much as Doctor Who. I'm watching another reaction channel just now (xJuliettex) she's on Season 4 of Buffy, Season 1 of Angel, and just started Series 3 of Doctor Who. It's fun getting to see her become a fan of both universes at the same time. As well as the creator of Queer as Folk, Russel T Davies also wrote It's a Sin. If you haven't seen it you should watch it. It's a 5 episode mini-series so it's not a big commitment, but a really massive impact on modern Queer culture in my opinion. I really love the historical episodes when we get to meet famous people like Charles Dickens. I don't know what it is about them, but it's just kind of cool to see these famous beings brought to life. The Aliens of London is a great story, but it wasn't well received by the fandom (myself included). The farting aliens were just a step too far for many. They were included to make the story a little less scary to children, because at it's heart, Doctor Who is a family show and watched by kids and adults alike. The show does mature over time, but after getting over the farting aliens I do find myself loving the actual storyline (it took me a while though haha).
