You may know this and I know that guys tend to lose weight differently than women. Plus I know you didn’t ask for my advice so feel free to scroll past this part of my post. I’ve been on some sort of a weight loss journey the majority of my life. I’ve learned to not weigh myself daily. Once a week is sufficient. For me, high humidity always caused me to retain fluid which translates to weight gain. You’re living in basically one of the humidity capital. I joined your channel at the beginning of your Heartstopper journey. I recall how skeptical you were about it at first. You’re doing a great job Billy!
