Hey! So last week the game had its public release of the 0.05a update and coupled with the early access weeks there was quite a bit of support for the project, and I thank everyone for helping the game take shape and grow. β₯
And now, let's turn our attention to the upcoming 0.06a version.
After the latest story events, I feel like all of the plotlines are going in a nice direction, and things are starting to ramp up. I would say that the game now has finally gone past the 'introduction' period and all of the relevant characters and story points have been somewhat established. With that, there's one key aspect of the game that I have been putting off for quite a while, but now it's time to work on it as a priority.
The major focus of the 0.06a update will be to work on some of the management aspects and gameplay loops for the game. I know I've been saying this for a few updates but now this is 100% top 1 priority. The game needs to have some things to do in-between story events.
I think the major thing that made me postpone some of content related to this aspect of the game was the scope I wanted to go for. I basically wanted to have everything done all at once, but I'll take a more realistic approach and work on it little by little until we eventually we get there. That means I won't be completing every aspect of the management side and daily actions in this update, but at least we'll have something.
Current Plans for these Events and Actions:
Right now I'm working on some of the Student Interactions and the plan is to have some form of interacting with the students so that we can decide if they need punishment for having received a strike recently or if they have bad grades and need to exchange some favor to increase them.
The current interaction I'm working on is the 'Spanking Interaction' that I've been teasing for a while and I feel like it's almost done. Here's some previews (Obviously WIP pictures but already in-game.)
This particular interaction will have a maximum of hits the player can take, and each student will have a 'tolerance' and 'lust' factor that will be based on the student's individual corruption value and some other character traits they might have. The higher the 'lust' factor increase during this interaction, the more the player will be able to do with that student during this event. Like taking their panties, fingering and more.
Once I'm done with this one, I'll be working on a 'Favor Exchange' type of interaction where the Player will be able to request the student to do something in order to get a favor that would increase their current grades. The ideas I have in mind currently are: Exchange for some kind of sexual favor, take away their panties and have some extra interactions during events like some exhibition related content and/or interaction with other characters, and also maybe sending them over to another character/teacher to interact with them, similar to Suzu's event. (But obviously not as detailed, because this is an interaction that's supposed to be done with every student.)
And I also want to include some expanded events for the classes and such, so we can have some more detailed interactions, some decision-making and varied events, instead of just that boring screen that shows how classes went.
With all that being said, one thing I'm excited to do is to release some test versions of the 0.06a version for Board members as I complete some of the management and interaction events. So you can get some early hands on the prototypes I have. This can also help me a bit to have people test it and give their feedback and we can make the game better.
(Btw, I have gone ahead and added the benefit of 'early access to test versions' to Board Members (Patreon Tier 4+). I wasn't sure what to do with that benefit before, but now I think it'll be useful)
Story Events:
Of course, the 0.06a version won't just be about these management actions, I also plan on having Story Events. Particularly the ones related to Maiya and Ayumi. So expect that to also be present in our upcoming version. Of course, like I said, the priority right now is the Management aspect, so I'll work on these after I'm done with the first part of the update.
