Change in NPC Request Tiers

Starting today I will be making changes to the NPC request tiers, due to the increase in requests I had during the month of May.
Tier 3 - New NPCs tier will only have the NPC with no scene with Ashley.
Tier 4 - New NPCs will have a scene with Ashley.
The Tier 5 is exclusive to Luna Odyssey.(The price is higher because making NPCs for Luna Odyssey is much more work for me.)
The current requests will still continue with the NPCs and scenes, I will not make changes, this is only for new NPC requests.
So those who have ordered before don't have to worry about this.
This change will only apply to future new supporters.
