Everstone Daycare - Progress Report (July 20, 2022)

Howdy everyone!

Just a short progress report on what's been going on this week!

I opened a poll a week and a half ago about what new content to add in the next update. Of all the choices (Bondage with Ursaring and Pangoro, Hypnosis with Mew, Enema with Grovyle, and Pail play in the trash room), Hypnosis won by a landslide with 44% of the votes, followed by Bondage with 21%! I'll be adding a new hypnosis scene in the next demo as a result, though if you were interested in any of the other topics, they might still show up on future polls or added outright but later in the future.

Speaking of the next demo, we're still working on it! After a long discussion with Spooky, I unfortunately might have to re-do the script I'm currently working on since there was a little miscommunication from what we wanted out of the scene. Instead, we might work on TWO robo hands scenes (a normal one, and a "malfunctioning" one) as Spooky has explained to me that these two variants are different enough to be distinct from each other and I had been mixing themes of the two into one scene.

I'm currently working on some character art for a pair of pokemon that might be relevant later on, though that remains to be seen. Spooky is still working on the art for the current robo arms scene, and will likely be busy on the art for the other robo arms scene and the hypnosis scene as well later on.

A few bugs and typos have been brought to my attention. In particular, loading into a section with the patrol system active apparently causes issues, and checking the toy box with the patrol system active outright freezes the game. I've not had a chance to look into these yet, but I'll do my best to get it fixed by next demo.

That's it for now. The changes to Patreon's layout has made it a bit easier for me mentally to update everyone, so I'm glad for that and I hope to be able to give more regular updates, even when I don't necessarily have any new material to show just so that I'm able to keep everyone in the loop. Thank you all again for sticking with us!
