To each and every one of you, I mean that. For me, this is kind of a game changer, so I hope you'll forgive me if I take a moment to take stock and process.
This is my first Patreon, so I didn't know what to expect. In my mind, I just had it as a small collective of dedicated, lovable perverts who I could lure in for some schoolin', Heather style. But I think we've exceeded past posse levels at this point, and have punched a hole through "entourage." Shit... do I have a following? What the hell do you do with one of those...
I was chatting with one of you a little earlier, and it reminded me that I like it here (in my one week experience): those who are willing to drop $6 a month are those who are a little less likely to comment exclusively in tongue emojis and milk bottles. They're classier (a word I can't type without it sounding like it came out of the mouth of an escort from Long Island).
If something as sinister as a "brand' is what I could be currently construed as building (I really don't want to build one of those), I think one of the original mission statements is that I like smart, open-ended conversations, so thanks to the vast majority of you for pulling through on that end. I look forward to getting to know a lot of you as this journey continues.
